Quite a few clubs help out their away support. Few are British owned though and even less are owned by self proclaimed fans. Can't work it out myself.

Seeing as the club/players regularly praise the away support, suggesting it makes a difference, they could easily further subsidise away tickets by £10 to help towards travel costs - would "only" cost £30k per away game, which is relatively small to them - I suspect they don't appreciate it as much as to want to do that though!

It would be nice, but when they do it doesn't really help an awful lot of people as most don't go on the coaches. If they extended it to trains, however....
